The check-in is between 11:00 and 12:00. If you arrive earlier or later, please let our team know so that we can assist you if needed!

The last day is all about the final breakfast, workshop, goodbye hugs and check-out. (13:00 check-out)

Is your flight at night or really early in the morning? No worries – we will make sure you are at the airport on time!

Absolutely! We welcome solo travelers, even if it's your first time. Rest assured, we've got you covered. Upon your arrival, our private transport will be there to welcome you at the airport.

Yes. We have a flexible booking policy.

• Cancel until 60 days prior to the trip – fully refunded (you don’t lose any money)

• Cancel between 59 - 36 days before departure = 35% cancellation costs about the travel sum

• Cancel between 35 – 22 days prior to the trip – 75% cancellation costs about the travel sum

• Cancel between 21 - 14 days prior to the trip = 90% cancellation costs about the travel sum

• Cancel within 0-14 days of the trip - non refundable

To provide everyone the flexibility to travel from their own chosen locations when most convenient, we do not arrange flights.
